Yes, a camel fair is a real thing and is just as awesome as it sounds. It's held annually in Pushkar, India.
It's a five-day livestock fair held on the banks of the Pushkar Lake.
Over 25,000 camels are sold, in addition to "jewelry and other finery for camels."
