It's been a tough year and a half.
With their blockbuster trade that sent Josh Beckett, Adrian Gonzalez, and Carl Crawford to Los Angeles, the boys from Boston have hit the reset button. The core group of guys that inspired 42 of 45 ESPN "experts" (who doesn't love the occasional passive agressive quotation marks) to predict the Sox would make the 2011 World Series are now gone. The team has some financial flexibility for the first time in a few years and this offseason they'll be looking to remake their image. But before we let them totally wipe the slate, let's just make sure to never forget how far they've fallen.
RIP Chicken N BeerSox
