Gay Couple Sues Anti-Gay Group For Lifting Their Engagement Photo Sep 26th 2012, 20:02 Imagine Tom Privitere and Brian Edwards' surprise when their image appeared on two anti-gay mailers in Colorado. Before: After: Tom Privitere, Brian Edwards and their photographer Kristina Hill filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Public Advocate of the United States, a group that opposes gay marriage and offers support to politicians with the same message. The couple claims the photo was copyrighted and that Public Advocate used it on its mailers without permission.
