Empire State Building Calls The Election Nov 7th 2012, 06:44 Lights atop the skyscraper kept track of the election results. In the end, it was all blue. The Empire State Building began the evening lit up in red, white, and blue... CNN rigged the top of the skyscraper to display election results throughout the night.
